Miller Farms is located in southern Ford County nestled among the productive corn and soybean fields of central Illinois. We are 30 miles north of Champaign, Il. conveniently located 9 miles from Interstate 57 or call for directions.
We are a family farming operation that has a deep heritage. Our forefathers purchased a farm in Anchor Township, McLean County, Illinois in 1872. This farm is still family owned and operated by Bob and Kirk Miller. In 1978 the base of the farm operation was moved to Southern Ford County, where it is located today near Melvin, Illinois.
Miller Farms has been raising Spotted Hogs since 1970. In 2000 Chester Whites and Berkshires were added to fill the demands of our showpig customers. Showpigs, breeding stock, and locker hogs are available year round and semen is available from most of our herdsires. We consign pigs to several different sales through out the United States and participate in most national shows during the year. Our herd health is closely monitored and under the supervision of our veterinary clinic.
